One of our newest signature flavors, we are super excited about this one! Layer of moist lemon cake and lemon curd with covered with a homemade, honey-vanilla marshmallow fluff. Then the whole cake is burnt… to perfection, of course! Oh and did we mentioned the edible glitter? Just a little sprinkle of that to top the whole thing off! Tart and sweet and always a hit. Any inscription you would like added will go onto a plaque before being placed on top of cake. A bit about our cakes: Our lemon cake is more dense and moist vs light and fluffy. Closer to a pound cake than an airy chiffon cake. The buttercream is Italian Meringue style which is a bit less sweet and a lot more buttery. It is imperative that the cake is eaten at room temperature so it should be out of refrigeration at least 6 hours before enjoying.
